A.For weddings and large corporate events, six to twelve months gives you the widest choice of dates and inventory across our whole service area. Smaller parties and picnics often come together in a few weeks. Call (616) 319-2107 and we will tell you honestly what is still open.

Q.Do the rentals come from you?

A.Yes, and that is the difference. Tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, staging and inflatables all sit in our own Grand Rapids warehouse, so your quote has no subcontractor markup and your delivery window is ours to control.

Q.What types of events do you plan?

A.Corporate picnics, product launches, conferences, graduations, church and school festivals, community celebrations, fundraisers, weddings and backyard parties. We have staged events for a few dozen guests and for several thousand.
