Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, every part of it. The crew that hangs your lights returns after the holidays to take down each strand and clip, and everything stores at our shop until next season.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We are a licensed and insured company, full liability coverage travels with every crew, and proof of insurance is available before work starts.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Bulbs rated at 50,000 light hours seldom quit, but if one does we return the next day and fix it without a bill. The display stays whole all season.
Can you install lights we already own?
We only hang the commercial grade system we stock. Retail strands cannot handle pro clips or lake effect winters, and our guarantee depends on knowing the gear. Nothing for you to buy, store, or untangle in November.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No one needs to be there. All work happens outside, the design was approved in advance, and timers take over at dusk, so the display is simply on when you pull in.
