Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue all sit stocked on our warehouse shelves, never special ordered. Once you approve a Middleville quote, crews are typically on your roofline within the week.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
All three are part of every job. We install in late fall, return after New Years to pull every strand and clip, and the whole system winters at our shop instead of your attic.
Are you fully insured?
We are. Every crew we put on a Middleville roof works for a licensed and insured company with full liability coverage, and we will gladly share certificates before the ladder comes off the truck.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Rarely needed, because the bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours. If one does go dark in December, tell us and a tech is back the next day to swap it at no charge.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install only our own commercial grade system. Retail strands were never meant for professional clips or a Michigan winter, and we stand behind equipment we stock. You buy nothing, store nothing, and untangle nothing.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not at all. The work stays outside, the design is approved before we arrive, and timers are set before we leave, so plenty of Middleville customers simply come home from work to a finished display.
