Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. We fully stock warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue Christmas lights, so there is no waiting on a supplier. Once you approve the quote, most Lowell installs land on the schedule within days, not weeks.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do. Our crew installs the display, returns in January to take it all down, and stores everything in our warehouse until next season. Nothing ever takes up space in your garage or attic.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Every installer on your roof is covered by our full liability policy, and we are a licensed and insured company you can verify before we ever set a ladder.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so outages are rare. If one does go out during the season, we come out the next day to fix it, at no charge to you.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade system instead, and it is better for you. Retail strands are not made for professional mounting or a Michigan winter, and we cannot stand behind bulbs we did not supply. With ours, every bulb, clip, and cord is covered by our next day service promise, and you never buy, store, or untangle a thing.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not at all. The entire install happens outside, so most Lowell displays go up while the family is at work and school. We confirm the design ahead of time, set the timers for dusk, and you come home to a house that is already glowing.
