Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you attach lights to vinyl siding without making holes?
Yes, and we never pierce vinyl. On sided homes we clip to gutters, trim, and J channel edges, so every fastener grips an edge instead of puncturing a panel. The siding stays watertight and warranty safe, and the lines still run arrow straight.
Do corner lots cost more since two sides face the street?
Sometimes modestly, since a corner lot often doubles the visible roofline worth lighting. We quote from measured footage, not lot type, and on corners we will show you a both street option and a front only option so you choose what the budget likes.
A streetlight washes out our yard. Can the design fight that?
It can. Near a bright streetlight we shift to higher output C9 bulbs, lean on strong roofline contrast, and skip the subtle ground accents that sodium glow swallows. The display reads clearly instead of disappearing into the orange.
If we add more lights next year, will the colors match?
They will. We record the exact bulb spec, finish, and color temperature used on your home, and expansions come from matching stock. No patchwork of mismatched whites three seasons in, which is the fate of most store bought displays.
Will the lights interfere with our garage doors opening?
Never. We outline garage openings with clearance for the full travel of the door, keep cords clear of tracks and sensors, and test every door before the crew leaves. The frame glows and the door never knows.
Four houses in our sub are the same model. Can ours look different?
That is half the fun of our job. Same floor plan does not mean same display, so we vary bulb color, spacing rhythm, wrapped features, and accents until your version of the model reads unmistakably yours from the street.
