Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
We do. Our warehouse keeps warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue in stock all season. With no ordering delays, your install goes on the calendar as soon as you approve the quote. Most East Grand Rapids homes are glowing within the week.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, the full cycle is ours. Install day, January takedown, and off season storage at our shop are all included. Nothing ever lands in your garage or attic.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, fully. Full liability insurance stands behind every crew we send. We are licensed and insured and glad to show proof before work begins.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
With a 50,000 light hour rating, our bulbs rarely quit. When one does go dark mid season, we are back the next day to make it right. There is never a charge for the repair.
Can you install lights we already own?
No, we hang only our own commercial grade lights. Store bought strands cannot take professional clips or lake effect weather, and our guarantee covers only our own equipment. You never buy, store, or untangle anything.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No need. Everything we do is exterior, so the crew works whether anyone is home or not. We confirm the design beforehand, set the timers for dusk, and you come home to a glowing house.
