Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue are all fully stocked in our warehouse. Nothing waits on a supplier, so approved projects schedule quickly. For Dorr that typically means a same week installation.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, all three. We install in the fall, remove everything in January, and store the system at our warehouse. Your storage space stays yours year round.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Every installer works under our full liability coverage. Proof of coverage is available before a ladder ever goes up.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so outages are rare. If one goes out during the season, we come out the next day to fix it. Repairs like that are always free.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade system instead. Retail strands are not built for professional mounting or a Michigan winter, and we can only guarantee lights we supply. Your only job is enjoying the display.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not at all. The work happens entirely outside, so installs go on while you are at work or school. With the plan approved ahead and timers set, the house is lit when you pull in.
