Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes, every color we hang is on the shelf: warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue. With no ordering delays, your install goes on the calendar as soon as you approve the quote. In Cascade that usually means lights up in a matter of days.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do. It is one complete service. Install day, January takedown, and off season storage at our shop are all included. You never store a single strand.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, completely. Full liability insurance stands behind every crew we send. As a licensed and insured company we can provide documentation anytime.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
The bulbs we hang are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are uncommon. When one does go dark mid season, we are back the next day to make it right. The fix costs you nothing.
Can you install lights we already own?
We work exclusively with our own commercial grade equipment. Store bought strands cannot take professional clips or lake effect weather, and our guarantee covers only our own equipment. There is nothing for you to purchase or store.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No, you do not. Everything we do is exterior, so the crew works whether anyone is home or not. Design is approved in advance and the timers handle dusk, so the lights greet you that evening.
