Is there a waitlist if we call in December?
Honestly, by December most install weeks are gone, but service windows sometimes open. Call anyway: cancellations happen, small front elevation jobs squeeze in, and worst case you are first on next October’s list with priority pricing.
Can the same crew come back every year?
That is our default, not a special request. Crews keep their routes year to year, so the installer on your roof next November likely hung the same runs last year and remembers where every clip goes. It makes rehangs faster and neater.
Will installation affect a new roof warranty?
No. Our clips grip shingle edges and gutters without a single penetration, which is exactly what roofing warranties care about. If your roofer wants specifics, we will happily describe the attachment method in writing.
Do you light flagpoles or tall yard features?
Gladly. A wrapped flagpole, lit arbor or glowing windmill frame gives a yard a centerpiece visible from far down these long roads. We quote yard features individually at the walkthrough.
