Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes, every color we hang is on the shelf: warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue. Nothing waits on a supplier, so approved projects schedule quickly. In Byron Center that usually means lights up in a matter of days.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do. It is one complete service. We install in the fall, remove everything in January, and store the system at our warehouse. You never store a single strand.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, completely. Every installer works under our full liability coverage. As a licensed and insured company we can provide documentation anytime.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
The bulbs we hang are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are uncommon. If one goes out during the season, we come out the next day to fix it. The fix costs you nothing.
Can you install lights we already own?
We work exclusively with our own commercial grade equipment. Retail strands are not built for professional mounting or a Michigan winter, and we can only guarantee lights we supply. There is nothing for you to purchase or store.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No, you do not. The work happens entirely outside, so installs go on while you are at work or school. Design is approved in advance and the timers handle dusk, so the lights greet you that evening.
