Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes, every color we hang is on the shelf: warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue. Since supply is never the holdup, most projects are scheduled within days. Most Ada homes are glowing within the week.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do. It is one complete service. Our crew hangs it, takes it down after the holidays, and stores it until next year. Nothing ever lands in your garage or attic.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, completely. Our crews carry complete liability coverage on every job. We are licensed and insured and glad to show proof before work begins.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
The bulbs we hang are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are uncommon. Should one fail during the season, a next day service trip fixes it. There is never a charge for the repair.
Can you install lights we already own?
We work exclusively with our own commercial grade equipment. Consumer lights are not made for professional installation or a West Michigan season, so our service promise applies to our system alone. You never buy, store, or untangle anything.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No, you do not. All of it is outdoor work, so most displays go up while the house is empty. We confirm the design beforehand, set the timers for dusk, and you come home to a glowing house.
